How do I log in?
Use the email and password provided to you by your account manager. If you have forgotten your password, please contact support to have it reset.
Where do I upload my data files?
Navigate to the "Data Uploads" page. Click the "Upload New Data Files" button to open a dialog, where you can select and upload your files directly to your company's secure Box folder.
What is the expected data format?
Please refer to the Data Questionnaire and onboarding documents provided to you. If you have specific questions about data formatting, please contact our support team.
How often should I upload data?
Your company's specific upload cadence (e.g., Weekly or Monthly) is defined in your service agreement and can be viewed on the "Data Uploads" page.
